100% Chardonnay from Monterey, California. 14.1% alcohol. Loaded with beautiful, ripe fruit flavors of pear, green apple, citrus and hints of oak. Serve with rich seafood dishes, any fish, cheese or fruit. Especially nice with grilled chicken or salmon.
100% Viognier from Palisade, Colorado. 13.9% alcohol. Stainless steel fermented to preserve the varietal stone and tropical fruit characteristics of the Viognier grape. Abundant peach, apricot, and honeysuckle in the nose and on the palate with a crisp finish. Great with chicken, seafood, cheese and fruits and lights appetizers.
Stainless steel fermentation preserved the varietal lemon flavors the Sauvignon Blanc is known for. Very floral, offering honeysuckle, grapefruit, and lemon curd aromas with a slight hint of vanilla. Light and crisp on the palette. Serve with seafood, sushi, and summertime. Alcohol 13.2%
