Vineyard Sunset is a White Zinfandel blended with a splash of Riesling. Light and crisp, with hints of citrus, guava and watermelon in the nose. Serve chilled with chicken or seafood, or as an apertif with hors d’oeuvres. Great with ethnic foods such as Mexican, Thai, Greek, Japanese, Chinese or Moroccan. Very nice in the summer time with a splash of club soda and lime, over ice. Acclaimed artist Paula Fasken of Colorado Springs graciously loaned us her exquisite monastery painting to use as our label.
